The weekend begins beneath the golden glow of La Lumière, nestled in the hillside. Guests arrive from near and far to gather for an evening of wine, wood-fired food, and acoustic music as the Hunter Valley shifts from daylight to dusk. Whether hosted under the canopy lights of La Lumière or within the open-air comfort of Le Jardin, the atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and filled with anticipation — a perfect beginning to the celebrations ahead.

Day 2 – Ceremony at Je Le Veux

Venue: Je Le Veux – “I Do”
Time: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Event: The Wedding Ceremony

Surrounded by the mystical peppercorn trees, couples exchange vows in the natural beauty of Je Le Veux, a setting that feels both intimate and timeless. The soft light, open sky, and gentle rustle of leaves create a tranquil atmosphere for this defining moment — where two stories become one.

Day 2 – Reception at Le Jardin

Venue: Le Jardin
Time: 5:30 pm – 11:30 pm
Event: The Wedding Reception
Catering: Catered by Bisous Estate or external supplier

As twilight descends, guests transition to Le Jardin, a refined and elegant space overlooking the vineyard. This extraordinary venue sets the stage for fine dining, heartfelt toasts, and lifelong memories.

Day 3 – Day-After Brunch or Long Lunch within The Vineyard 

Venue: Your choice of any locations within the property but a long brunch/lunch within the vineyard is recommended
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Event: The Morning-After Brunch or Long Lunch
Catering: DIY or Catered by Bisous Estate

The weekend concludes within the vines.  Guests gather for coffee, fresh pastries, and lawn games or a sit down long lunch to take in the serenity — a relaxed farewell framed by sunshine and the gentle breeze of the valley.
